Tour Space Procurement
& Supplier Development

the last several years, Cantrav has developed close partnerships
many suppliers in Southeast Alaska. We have built a supplier
base that provides both a superior product and the level of
service that should be expected for a corporate incentive group.
Cantrav will contact
individual shore excursion operators in the
various ports of call and book dedicated space specific for your
group. We are not constrained by contracts and will go the extra
mile to secure space on the most desirable (and most popular)
excursions.
Pre-registration and
Immediate Confirmation
One of the main
benefits of this system is that it allows guests to confirm their shore
excursions and plan their time well ahead of the cruise. Through our easy-to
use, interactive web site customized specifically for the group, participants
are able to browse through the available shore excursions and decide which tours
are of interest. Once they have made their decisions, they can pre-register, pay
for tours directly through the site, and
receive an immediate confirmation. Due to the limited space each ship is able to
secure on shore excursions, requests for tours made directly with the cruise
lines are not guaranteed and passengers are often disappointed upon boarding to
find that the desired tour is sold out.

fully hosted or optional buy-in
